Go straight to the work that matters
A modern operations hub for driver payroll, fleet maintenance, reminders, and team performance.
Follow a simple path from employee setup to reviewed earnings. Each step opens the existing OneCore tool.
Maintain your team directory and set up employee accounts.
Assign work using the employee and scheduling tools.
Enter stops, packages, days, hours, miles or loads as applicable.
Check pay rules, adjustments and gross earnings before sharing.
Review each employee's earnings and print a gross-earnings PDF.
Publish reviewed summaries to verified employee accounts; manage time off and paystub documents.
Start with the six-step Team Workflow above. Use Employees & Schedules, Payroll, and Publish Earnings to complete each stage. Cloud permissions and production integrations require configuration.
Human approval required for payrollThree easy steps to start managing your business.
Add employees and organize their schedules.
Choose hourly, daily, weekly, or per-task pay rules. Upload your own company payroll CSV.
Review your saved payroll, expenses, and key business numbers in one place.
These are technical checks for the person setting up OneCore, not tasks every customer needs to complete. Only use real employee information after cloud storage and company permissions have been tested.
Once payroll entries are reviewed, publish individual gross earnings summaries to matched employee accounts and send in-app alerts.
Calculate gross earnings from piece rates, daily pay, or weekly salaries. Values are estimates for review, not tax withholding or a payroll run.
Choose a week, enter verified settlement figures, and review the payroll totals below.
Only needed if you use provider net payroll or special settlement adjustments.
Balance is an estimate, not net profit. Payroll figures are gross unless you enter verified net payroll under Additional options.
Attach weekly settlement statements, timesheets, or payroll reports. Select the payroll week to organize files.
Demo files are stored in this browser only. Do not upload real payroll or identity documents.
Works for any business. Set how each employee is paid, then import work records from your own payroll system. Review all calculated earnings before approving.
Choose a pay type to show only the rates you need.
For FedEx and delivery drivers, select Stops + packages. For linehaul, choose per mile, per load, or percentage.
Classification is a legal determination, not a way to opt out of employee withholding. The worker's actual work locations and applicable rules may differ from the company's address.
Calculate gross pay for a driver by miles, completed loads, or a percentage of load revenue. Add the result to the payroll week for review.
Select a saved linehaul pay rule to calculate earnings.
Gross only. Verify approved miles, load settlement revenue, deductions, and worker classification before paying. This does not automatically publish paystubs.
Record verified withholding and deductions for a specific payroll entry. OneCore does not guess tax amounts from a state.
Choose an entry and enter verified amounts. For 1099 contractors, employee payroll withholding fields are not applicable; exceptions require professional review.
W-9 is a contractor information form, not a payroll withholding election. W-2 vs 1099 status must follow applicable worker-classification law. This worksheet does not determine filing obligations, unemployment tax, employer taxes, overtime, or multi-state withholding.
Upload a CSV with employee names and their hourly, daily, weekly, or per-item rates. Preview all changes before saving.
Required columns: Employee, Pay Method. Add the matching rate column.
| Employee | Method | Pay rate | Status |
|---|
Importing pay rules does not issue payments or official paystubs.
Search, review and manage driver pay rules. Bulk actions affect only the selected profiles.
| Driver | Method | Stop rate | Package rate | Daily rate | Hourly rate | Weekly salary |
|---|
Deleting a pay profile does not delete approved payroll entries. This action cannot be undone.
Keep each driver's normal pay method except on the selected dates. Choose custom stops/packages rates or a fixed daily amount. Date-specific overrides require supported dated activity (currently FedEx daily PDF data); weekly CSV totals alone cannot identify the work date. Overrides do not add a second payment. Saving an override automatically updates matching payroll register entries and resets them to Pending review.
| Driver | Date | Override | Rates |
|---|
Upload work records from any business. CSV files with Employee, Hours, Days, Bonus, and optional task quantities can be calculated automatically. Text-based PDF reports are supported when their columns can be recognized. Other document types can be attached for review, but are not automatically calculated.
CSV and supported text PDFs can be analyzed. Excel, Word, images, and other supported forms are saved as reference attachments (up to 10 MB each); export employee rows to Excel for automatic calculation. Uploaded documents are not sent to AI or automatically interpreted.
Your file stays in your browser during preview. Confirm every result before applying.

Automated matching is deterministic, not generative AI. It never invents missing rates, drivers or workdays. The manager must review results; taxes, overtime premiums, deductions and actual payments are not calculated.
New drivers inherit these rates unless customized. Existing driver rates are unchanged.
Click + Extra pay next to any driver in the payroll table. Add a bonus, incentive, reimbursement, or other adjustment. Every change is itemized and included in estimated gross payroll. Deductions are for review only, not tax withholding.
| Driver | Week | Type | Amount | Reason | Action |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| No adjustments yet. | |||||
Customize days worked, stops, packages and rates for each driver directly in the table. Weekly hours default to days × 8 but can be edited for hourly employees. Hourly gross = hourly rate × hours + bonus (overtime premiums and taxes are not calculated). Changes recalculate gross pay automatically. Daily and weekly pay entries retain their pay method.
Review earnings, adjust employee records, and approve entries with a clear audit workflow.
